Made a simple spot to test out the navmesh and played “tag”. I can hide the mesh renderer of the plane to make it float around like a ghost. Also about that car model I made... it was on the laptop so I can’t grab it.
Note: The green patch “costs” more to move on so I danced around it to see how much the capsule would divert from a direct path, good way to path the AI without making too many waypoints.
