Hi Sea, I know Im thick but why is everyone now assuming that Harry owns part of Jeff's management company? I thought I saw something about his assistant getting some kind of management/ownership role in a new part of Jeffs little empire, but there must be more evidence than that, which I missed? Because Im seeing this everywhere now as a proven fact, as opposed to a leap of logic/assumption by one blog about that one piece of evidence which got taken on at once as fact? Is there more? xxx

So, FSRD manages all of the above artists, as well as Fleetwood Mac, Haim, and others.
Cris (@business-direction) wrote a while ago that Full Stop Management (FSRD LLC), Jeff’s company, is one subsidiary company, or LLC, under the O’Hana Group Artist Management. The other subsidiary is a company called Mytog LLC.

• While looking around for any new info on Full Stop and/or FSRD, I found that O’Hana Group Artist Management added a second LLC member alongside FSRD, LLC - Mytog LLC.
Mytog was formed in December 2015 by Dennis Roach, a Los Angeles entertainment attorney. And for the record, Mytog’s business address is different than O’Hana’s. I don’t see any activity other than being a member of O’Hana. •
No activity happened at Mytog LLC until three weeks ago, when Harry’s assistant Emma Spring was made a director. That information signifies stakes in the company for Harry, because Ms. Spring was likely acting as a stand-in for him.
It does not imply any ownership of FSRD on Harry’s part, though because it is privately held, we can’t know whether Harry has any money in it. He almost certainly owns part of Mytog. What Mytog will be used for is unknown at this point.
