Me 2 weeks after upping my antidepressants: finally I truly understand that life is futile and meaningless. I know this with unending perfect clarity.

Me 1 month after upping antidepressants: this is fine I guess? I saw a nice bird. It's the red rumped parrots that live across the road. I was worried they'd left for the winter or something, but there they were again, closer than ever before. I think their baby might have moved on. Oh my cat's calling me now. She probably just wants cuddles
