"you were being real funny, allie, huh? setting me up on a date without asking me first? you know my relationship right now is... complicated," he sighs and shrugs. the blond doesn't say anything else because what else is there to say? the fact that he feels soooo alone and lost in his life? it's easier to joke -be a little mean- than to confront his real emotions. besides, he doesn't really know allie like that. can he even trust her?
