     during the weeks she spent in los angeles, mia kept in touch with a few people from eonia — few meaning her best friend, noor, and her ex-boyfriend. others would get random texts when she’s out at parties, but nothing of much value considering mia’s messages were sparse in nature, except with iker. she spoke with him almost everyday only to stop completely when her situation back home grew more complicated. mia would then respond to a lengthy birthday message from anaïs and eventually switch to talking with them on a semi-daily basis instead.

     “ it sounds like i should give margaret a call to have her work out a brand ambassador deal. then again, one look at my 1stdibs-filled house and i’ll probably be out of the running. the ship name thing’s cute though, but people mispronounce iker’s name as it is, i don’t think ikea’s gonna help him shake off the eye-ker curse. ” @euiker
