FOR SOME REASON HE HAD YET TO DECIPHER AND understand completely, griffin had decided to trust mia’s judgement long ago. part of him knew such an effervescent being should’ve had reigns rather than trust, but there was something freeing about letting her take control and simply letting things happen in whatever way they would. tonight was probably not one of the nights to let that mentality consume him, but if he had given mia that green light once before it was hard to take it back now. «not to burst your bubble, princess, but i’m pretty sure we’ve walked too far,» he hesitated somewhat before saying it. mia had been on a quest to find the exact spot of the alleged meteor shower — and now it seemed they were lost.

A lot of CeCe’s time lately had been taken up with work, whether that meant filming or working at the studio, so a little downtime with good company was overdue, and it was clear that Mia needed someone right now. With the other girl’s blessing, CeCe quickly finished up the one section of the design she’d been working on for her sister, then got the dogs ready in their harnesses, leashes hooked safely to them, and was headed out the door and to Mia’s suite in no time.

CeCe had always been pretty bold, and back home she would just let herself into her friends houses, so she didn’t even think about knocking once she’d reached the correct door, and instead just let herself in. “Honey, we’re home!” She sang, grinning as she closed the door and leaned down to let the dogs off of their leashes. They immediately began sniffing around the new place, and CeCe headed off in search of Mia.
