Indi had been waiting for the ball for some time. She couldn’t wait to see everyone dressed in their finest. She had put a lot of thought in her outfit — dressed in tandem with Alice, of course. She was still upset that Regulus went with Pandora but Alice was a wonderful date. Indi had decided to get the two drinks — sadly not spiked as far as she knew.

When she got to the station she turned to her right and saw Ted. “Good evening, Ted,” she gave him a warm smile.” She liked Ted. He was sweet and didn’t give the Scamander the typical Scamander conversation. He was looking quite dapper.

"I like the bowtie, good sir." She smiled, fixing it so it was straight. “Just right.”

for the first time in a while, milo needed to be alone and away from everyone. he found solace in the astronomy tower, sitting down and simply stargazing, deep in his thoughts and worries. he had lost track of the time, but he was positive it was way past midnight. due to some recent events, the mckinnon found himself unable to sleep. the sound of footsteps approaching interrupted the boy’s string of thoughts and without bothering to look at the other person, he spoke “look, no offence.. but i’d really like to be left alone here.”

they had just cracked open the pinata and susie was the first to collect a bunch of candy in her little purse. the past twenty minutes susie had been munching on candy from m&ms to sweetarts to some candies she had never heard of before. she caught ted walking back which made her get up from her seat. ‘ cousssssinn. ’, she called out to ted, doing a little ballet twirl before finally reaching ted. ‘ what a beautiful little face of yours. such a dapper young man ’, she squeezed both of his cheeks between her hands. ‘ riddle me this. how is everyone here even okay with each other ? i feel like we all have some sort of problem with at least two people. how long do you reckon this little family thing would last ? ’
