Despite it being the freaking middle of Winter, Agent Flare knew by now to always pack a pair of sunglasses with her. One, they made her look more badass. Two, there was nothing more entertaining than watching other cower away from her unable to read her expression from behind the shades. And three, they always came handy during patrol mission. Partly from the paparazzi who were more brutal than before with the buzz around Cerb Corp. Whatever, Agent Flare still had a fucking job to do and she was going to do it.
Even if that mane she would be stuck on routine Patrol which slowly, slowly more frequent. At least she was out of office away from all the other Agents who were walking on eggshells or having their doubts. It was really starting to get on her fucking nerves. Rumors fly. Speculations are made. The media was feasting on it. Nothing was proven. Don't like it. Leave. Simple. Or grit your teeth and solider on. Wasn't that hard to tell the option Agent Flare has chosen.
Most the patrols had been a drag especially the Agents she was paired with were constant headaches. Not in her 2024. So the patrols with those agents were walks in silence. Until they finally got the pair up right. Agent Ashina. An actual smile on the face when she saw their name pop up. This Patrol was going to be actually bearable with a much needed catch up.
