Very ill today, very sad.
Took my emt practical yesterday, got a nearly perfect score (had an incorrect blood pressure reading in the medical assessment, otherwise no mistakes)
Now I have nasty germs from the younger sibling, and as per usual, I am hit the most hard, because of how terribly fucked up my body is right now.
Got some hormone test results back for my weird health thing. Good news is that it looks like no ovarian cancer, and I should probably be able to get pregnant with significant medical assistance, as opposed to complete infertility (again, probably don't want to, but I would like the option)
Bad news is that it could be a brain tumor (hopefully not, but there's a chance) so I'll likely need an MRI to rule that out. Hopefully and probably it's just another fucked up autoimmune thing, and regardless of what it is, I should start feeling better once I'm appropriately medicated.
Appropriate medication includes testosterone! Which I started this morning. It's too soon to feel any changes, but I'm glad to be back on it, and my doc is hopeful that I will see some proper progress this time around.
Agggghhhhggg I take the practical tomorrow and I am so scared! We took the written last week and I got a 90, so it's not like I'm gonna fail, but it's very important to me and I want to do well!!!!!!
Also if I get a perfect score, then they might give me a job as a lab instructor, which would be way better than what I do now, so I want it
About 3-4 weeks after the practical, we take the state, which means I'll be a full actual EMT by early June, no pressure
And I still don't have my drivers license, which, lol, so none of the agencies are gonna want to hire me
I just feel like I went from little kid to grown up person really fast is all
