Mackenzie did one final sweep of their living room in order to make sure that everything was in place. She hoped that everyone will take her ‘not too much alcohol rule’ seriously, but she was more than prepared to water down any drinks if people start to get too crazy. When Jesse finally arrived in his tux and mask, Mackenzie couldn’t help the eye roll and the small smile that formed on her lips when he walked over. “Took you long enough. The party is almost starting.” She gave him a quick once-over before dramatically rolling her eyes again. “Let me guess. You got all dressed up for Hunter. Whatever you do stay out of my room. I locked it, but I still feel like a warning is necessary.” Mackenzie was being kind of hypocritical since she had similar plans for the night, but Jessie didn’t need to know that. “So, is this another date for you two crazy kids or what.” She said as she smiled innocently at him.
