Bottom surgery planning

Tomorrow I have a GP appointment (when aren't I having an appt lately tbh), what I want out of this appt is a referral for a hysterectomy with a local surgeon who is supposed to be gender affirming, all this will be in preparation for getting full meta (release, UL lengthening, scrotoplasty, and a vnectomy) expecting to pay for both procedures $40K so I really need to start saving as I'd like to achieve this before I am 30yrs (5yrs ish to go), I am hoping that my GP is less hesitant to give the referral this time, and maybe able to convince him to write a referral for this meta surgeon as I have heard the wait time is almost a year unless there is a cancellation
