I don't normally let people into my deep, private and personal stuff on social media. But as a non-binary, queer poc on T, I feel a sense of responsibility to share as much as I can so that people like me will not feel alone in ways that I have felt in the past. This photo was taken 3 weeks after my first shot of testosterone. I am mostly hoping for my voice to change so that I can reduce some of my dysphoria and the chances of being misgendered by strangers (and some people in my personal life too). It gives me a small, tiny bit of joy to see this human slowly becoming more comfortable and confident in their own skin.
