god i HATE thunderstorms
im trying to bleach my roots and a fucking thunderstorm hits😔 now i cant bleach or dye my hair cuz i cant shower. ugh, guess i have to write fanfiction all night
Yeah so I think today i will be spending sedated out of my mind.
I’m so tired of these fucking storms. I hate storms. I hate them. they ruin fucking everything. Its like one of the one triggers I can’t control and makes me incredibly prone to panic attacks and flashbacks. On top of it has the chance like tonight to completely shut off the power for hours... and then I can’t do anything but attempt to sleep and fuck my sleep pattern up completely like it is now.
Fact 1: I have a phobia of thunderstorms
Fact 2: This fear is exasperated by my anxiety disorder.
Fact number 3: I have lost count of how many thunderstorms there's been this week.
Fact 4: It's thundering right now.
Conclusion: I'm going to freak the fuck out for the umpteenth time this week.
There's a thunderstorm... I hate thunderstorms... The lighting gives me anxiety and I'm going to die..
