Oh.my.God. Whyyyyyyy are the Civ Pro lectures each over 4 hours?!
Okay, this could be part of the reason why I don’t understand Trusts.
“Any person, natural or artificial, capable of taking and holding title to property...”
I’m sorry, an artificial person?!
Like I thought “okay, maybe it’s like a corporation or something” until the example right below it stated how businesses can’t be beneficiaries of trusts because they’re not legally recognized persons
When there’s a knock at your door and you find this waiting for you:
TFW you’ve been writing flashcards for 8-9 hours already and still have 6-7 more hours of work to do.
Fun fact: when you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t go to Barbri and look at your PSP. It just makes it worse
When the Bar lecturer keeps making HORRIBLE puns and won’t just move it along...
Justice Ginsburg is apparently ready for Bar prep. Me, on the other hand, not so much.
