I KNOW RIGHT. The people at my local centre are pretty nice and the guy who acts as my advisor especially is really helpful but it's the official guidelines, or something. It used to be even worse- my Dad used to be on it and he volunteered at this nature thing, and they gave him soooo much shit. They seriously want you to devote your time 24/7 to jobseeking, despite there just being a total dearth of ANYTHING around here (tiny rural town, and I lack a driving license.)
