As I look back on my life I realize that everytime i thought I was being rejected was not meant for me, but instead I was merely being re-directed to something much better. And for that I've learned to trust the part God has set for me.
Day 9 of 366 days; I start a new goal with the intention of following through with it and not of putting it down after 3 months. The healthy lifestyle change I made for myself back in 2013 was a start of a new goal set for myself with no added pressure or outside influence.
I started my healthy lifestyle journey seven years ago and i have never looked back because it was something I know I needed to implement in my life to become a better me in some what way.
What goals do you set for yourselves whether short or long term and how do you seek to accomplish them?

With the way I am feeling due to what's going on I don't have my usual uplifting caption for I am drain and hurting emotionally and mentally. You would think with this pandemic that is kicking our asses police has the time to murder unarmed black people. However if you're on social media you've seen these quotes, meme and videos about the issue we are facing this should not offend you.
