Depending on the size of your browser window, the arrow may shift and may be harder to find. Here’s a larger image if for some reason you need it.
(Don’t worry, I had trouble finding it too when we first set our blog to this theme. OTL)

Edit: In the meantime, it appears as though the navigation drop-down menu has disappeared from Chrome but still works on Firefox. Basic buttons (index/home, archive, ask) still exist above the pagination.
