#FuguSake, #Laddie style. We have been diving for #kelp today, the source of the fabled fifth taste, #umami, "savoury". We are trying an experiment with Bere and Port Charlotte to see how the umami enhances, or detracts, from the flavour. We shall report back. Recipe on request. (at Bruichladdich Distillery)
