yes!!!! tai + summer own and run the bakery the girls live in. raven was away for most of their childhood travelling with qrow bc she realized after yang was born she really wasnt ready for the level of commitment necessary for raising a child and being married. qrow settled down with james around ruby's 10th birthday and yang's 12th birthday! raven came back ocassionally through their childhoods, but came back for good a couple years after qrow did

also raven owns a motorcycle!! she has scheduled "bonding days" with ruby and yang (one-on-one usually) to make up for the years she missed. she also bought yang a really old beat up bike for her birthday and they work on it together! raven also actually taught ruby how to sew!

qrow + james arent around often, but theyre currently getting ready to adopt! (whether thats gonna be an oc or oscar is yet to be seen fhenfnemdl) ruby and yang are very excited to be getting a cousin

summer + raven are married, but summer also refers to tai as her husband because in every sense besides legally, they ARE married. lots of the stuff they put into their pastries are also grown by tai!

summer's wedding band is actually one of those that goes with an engagment ring. like they slot together? but instead of putting her engagment ring from raven on top of it, she puts a ring from tai :") (she wears her engagement ring on a necklace)

fujiiii hello! what a fun little question!

okay notably i think i could actually convince everyone to play with me (even a legendary idgafer like itoshi sae) but it is all with nefarious intent on their part because i cannot keep it together. at all. i am so easily flustered it's not even funny.

even kita is nefarious about it tho he is more like. nefariously amused that i even think i can make it through this game. with that said!!! i do think he gets a little pink. but he's probably the only one.

notably i am very competitive when it comes to games even silly ones like the pocky game so i am Annoyed when i break very early!!

i think that when he meets reader again after so many years apart it's a kind of reckoning for him. not just the haircut that you (rightfully) laugh at but also realizing that although his overall goal is the same (to be the best in the world), things have definitely changed.

you've grown up from the small clumsy kid always following them around, always chasing seagulls on the beach, always volunteering to go with rin to get more popsicles from the shop down the street — you're... pretty. you're still sweet, but with more spark, more temper. seeing you again forces him to look at his relationship with rin, because you're kind of pissed at him about it and he finally realizes that maybe his baby brother isn't just throwing a tantrum.

sae comes home the way the ocean kisses the shore. always drawing back, always crashing through. uncaring and blunt. but then he meets you again and he wants to take, he wants to drag you into his depths like a shipwreck, haunting in its destruction.

but you have a ring on your finger.

oh my god fuji i was nodding nodding nodding and so overcome by the second to last paragraph and how beautiful it is and then the last line hit me!!! like a gutpunch!!!! this is so beautiful and compelling! the story you managed to build in such a short few paragraphs...your mind. this is so good i am kicking my feet even if this is also an ATTACK.

hi juni, these are from sae, he stood in the aisle of a stationery shop staring at sticker sheets for a solid five minutes, blank faced, stone still, just his eyes scanning the different kinds of sticker packs

until finally he just grabbed one of each kind that had gold stars on it and bought them all haha he'll figure out which ones you really like and get more of those later

(the idea of sae looking at sticker packs has also been cracking me up asdghkl)

fujjjji this is so cute slkdjfsjdf i am never over the idea of sae just staring at sticker packs debating i KNOW everyone else in the area is like "is this man okay" because he's burning holes into the choices with his gaze, brow just barely furrowed like they've caused him problems...
