We were out buying vegetables, tired of online ordering and getting third rate stuff. Our requirement was fresh and quality veggies. Early in the morning she had opened her shop and was in the process of setting it up, preparing for business. Her stock was fresh and she welcomed us with a warm smile and greeting. Working swiftly she answered all questions and gave suggestions too. When our purchases were getting to weigh a lot she suggested that she deliver the purchase as we would not be able to carry it. Her husband runs an auto rickshaw and would be happy to deliver at no charge, as we lived close. While we paid and were about to leave she said "make a note of my number, call me and I will have the veggies delivered.
