I know almost nothing about this pen.
It was made by Fuliwen, which is based in Shanghai. It's not like any pen currently on their website. And judging by their website, they're not terribly interested in selling to the West.
It's a heavy-ish cartridge pen with a snap cap that snaps crisply into place. The nib writes very smooth and overall the pen feels balanced in my hand.
The nib engraving is pretty nice:
Though I suspect that "GP" means "gold plated" rather than solid.
It's a great pen. Maybe too flashy for some, but that's part of the appeal. I'm glad I took a chance on it.
