yeah if someone doesnt want to then obviously they shouldnt be made to but i think we need to ask why sometimes, cause like 9/10 times its just misogyny and shames people who have periods for being “disgusting" or “dirty"

i havent seen it but it pisses me off when dudes are like “ew periods ew gross no get away" that is the problem and not if someone just genuinely doesnt like blood cause its mostly just asshole cis dudes

if it's a cis dude acting shitty just cos it's period blood then yeah that's totally shitty, but some people just don't like having sex when there's blood involved and that's fine. like even if it's a cis dude who is like 'i'd rather not' just cos he doesn't like the idea of it (not cos he thinks periods are gross) then i feel like that's still fine?

i just felt like the post was kinda saying it's never a big deal and everyone should get over it and just have period sex, and was kinda shaming the people who don't like it.
