      Mia is exceptionally lucky to be far more aware of her surroundings than the      majority of people out there; it comes in handy during fights more often than      not, but it’s also useful for knowing when you’re being watched. Icy irises peel      from the book in her hands and roam around the room until they lock with the      person staring at her. The Alchemist’s eyes narrow and her lips press into a      straight line, observing the boy in turn.
