Wooo. this is a toughy tonight as i am hella tired from packing and feeling a little blue, but here we go:

I have perfected this recipe. I can cook it totally from memory and i'm pretty proud of that. My hubs calls it "Fall-In-Love-With-Me Chicken Alfredo." Its not very difficult but it tastes super complicated and you should all try it! (also tastes good with shrimp or firm tofu instead of chicken!)

I like my feet. I have really narrow well shaped feet and if i bother to paint my toenails they look like little candies. :)

As we were packing today I acknowledged i have really great taste in art. I love how eclectic our collection of works on paper is and i can't wait to add more to it. 

I got a good laugh. like when something is really funny i got a good, deep, belly laugh. I used to be embarrassed about it because i didn't think it was cute but I have learned to embrace the fact that my laugh is bold and glorious.

I have had three cactuses for a year and i have not killed or traumatized any of them. i'm going to be a great mother.

I am not alone in this world. But yeah, if there's too much sauce I have to literally scrape it off.
