she'd been invited and even though she didn't know anyone ... she went. her new life away from everything she knew would only feel more lonely if she isolated herself in her room. and she'd met sydney! the first friendly face who seemed interested in getting to know her. then she saw silas ... wasn't that part of the reason she wanted to get out of the house? to not run into him. instead her focus moved to the alcohol — it seemed like her cup seemed to continue to get refilled throughout the night. sydney disappeared out of sight but flynn moved towards the guys filling up drinks. they welcomed her with open arms and she downed it with ease. she was drunk, no wasted, but why did it become so much harder to walk straight?

Kol was getting used to being back alive and was straightening his shirt when he heard a voice from downstairs and went to investigate, whoever it was, they were looking for Elijah it seemed. When he rounded the corner overlooking the parlor he saw a face he thought he’d never see again and it made the hunter growl in anger. “Well there’s a face that’s haunted me the last few years” Kol walked downstairs. “You’re really the dumbest of the lot for walking into the lion’s den, don’t you think love?”

Henrik was walking toward his car after a shift at the Mystic Grill...when he saw two people what look like they were grappling with each other and then he saw that one of them was a vampire. He didn’t really believe in the whole terrorize humans thing. He grabbed the vampire and spun them around. As an original vampire he could of compelled the bastard but he decided against it. “How about you shove off mate, before you find yourself in a situation you don’t want to be in, much older than you, you wouldn’t stand a chance” The vampire gave a look at him and then walked off sensing a threat in the youngest Mikaelson. Henrik turned to compel the girl to make her forget what happened and he froze. “Bloody hell, you’re Elena Gilbert, but you look just like her”

She didn’t laugh when he told her why he was in town, instead gave him a piece of information which had him stunned. “So, you mean to say you know Lexi?” he asked cautiously. Could this actually be true? He had come to think that his hope of seeing her again had led him to nothing but if this girl was right, if she really wasn’t lying..
