≺ ★ ≻ Maybe it isn’t the best idea, to stop and let the drops fall onto his face instead of finding some sort of shelter. Right, it isn’t at all a good idea. Yet, he does, and he stands with his head tilted back and a small smile on his lips. It’s a shocking feeling, every drop feels heavy and cold but it’s…comforting in some way; makes him feel real for the moment. 

Little things like this were always something you would never know you would miss until you were taken from it for a long time, from the outside world. Even small, every day actions most people were so used to were missed when you didn’t have them for so long.

“It’s…refreshing.” He turns to look at him, smiling. “Sorry. I’ll try not to get you wet too.” Shiro lets out a small laugh, stepping under the awning and shaking his hair, likely spraying little droplets of water. He’d try to make a joke out it, as keeping everything wrong with himself inside was too commonplace.

However, it didn’t seem that Yuuri would be deterred quite so easily, further testing Yuri’s patience despite the cheery holiday music playing.

With a growl, Yuri promptly removed himself from the other’s living room couch, making a beeline for the door to leave. He had agreed to come over and spend some time at Yuuri and Viktor’s place: but what he had not agreed to was being assaulted by shitty holiday music.
