Healthy chocolate chip cookies (2)!

I loosely followed this recipe

But I used 

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup almond milk

1 egg

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

This made 10 smallish cookies.

They were very good but they did have a soft fluffy texture like a scone. So I’ll try out whole wheat flour next time.

So I made them again the next day and added a dash of cinnamon but forgot to add an egg (lol) which makes it into a great edible cookie dough batch. But the cinnamon dash really made it smell and taste amazing! Only issue is that it’s soft and breaks easily so I need to find a way to deal with that.
