easy vegetable soup recipe ༄˖°.🍂.ೃ࿔*:･

what you’ll need:

- 3 red bell peppers

- 1 onion

- 5 tomatoes

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 4 cups of chicken stock

- any ravioli (literally use as much as you want)

- salt

- olive oil

- single cream

steps

1. Preheat your oven to 200c

2. Roughly chop all your veg and put it in an oven tray

3. Generously cover the veg in the oil and salt and roast them until they look like this

4. Whilst they cool, prepare 4 cups of chicken stock and put this on a low heat on the hob

5. Blend the veg with any remaining oil left in the oven tray

6. Combine the blended vegetables with the chicken stock and let it heat up on the highest setting

7. Empty the ravioli into the pan and let it cook in the soup

8. Serve with a dash of single cream!!
