The boys arrived today! A lot faster than expected given they came from Hong Kong.
That's a little weird.
I'm actually very sure I only bought one batch of kefir grains (spares from an Ebay seller), which arrived last week. But, here are some more that I just found while checking the mail! 🤔
It's packaged the same, and obviously from the same seller. They were evidently shipping once a week, early in the week. Guess I somehow didn't get checked off the list when the last ones were sent.
Not going to complain, though I am wondering if I should maybe contact the seller. Just a bit of a surprise.
(I just stuck the whole bag in the fridge temporarily. Probably rinse those off and throw them into the same jar after supper, to recover from their wild ride with Royal Mail. May slow down progress with the previous batch some, but I don't want to get another jar going.)
