Started working on the video for my first 1 hour long deep focus reading track. Testing cozy top-down footage of slow page-turning on a wooden desk, with occasional gentle finger movements and tea sips. The aim is to create a calm, natural scene that feels alive yet non-distracting over a full hour.

Hello nice people of the internet,

I’m sorry I haven’t been on here recently, I’ve more-or-less handed over the baton to Suzy and she’s been doing a very good job. Since we last spoke she’s helped start a band playing February’s music, she’s been archiving more and more of February’s notes and ideas (some of which she’ll mention here in a post), she’s been generally greasing palms and kissing babies and I can’t thank her enough. Considering she never met February it’s all very sweet of her. I very much enjoyed the tape February recorded too. He used to spend hours sitting and listening to music, sometimes in the pitch black, sometimes watching his videos play over. He used to call it traveling through sound, little adventures that could transport him to anywhere he wished in the never ending vistas of his imagination. It works! You can try yourself. I find myself doing the same with everything he made, little portals to wherever you want to be, in yourself, in your planet, in your memories...
