Pirate au where techno is the captain but he isn't really the captain cause Phil is mostly in charge and ends up recruiting most of the crewmates but it was Techno's idea to be pirates and get phil to quit the Marines and phil is too nice to deny him the right of captain so he just lets hik vibe and techno has the highest bounty anyways because he keeps showing up to places at the wrong times and this is essentially just,,, a one piece au ghdhdhdn
