“And although I was burning You’re the only light” Said goodbye to my grandma that I took my first name from today. When I felt completely alone in high school + alienated from my family, she was the first relative I came out to. Idk if I’d be around without her + my grandpa’s support back then. She was always so sweet + full of smiles, I don’t think I ever saw her get mad at anybody. Because of her Alzheimer’s she’s sort of been gone for a while, but it still hurts how bad we miss her.
