For some reason I really love the sequence of words for periods of time and anniversaries like:

Semicentennial, centennial, sesquicentennial, bicentennial, semiquincentennial, etc

Just a reminder, the word "snickersnee" exists.

And it means "a knife for cutting or thrusting. a fight with knives."
