Read it for sure if you're in the service industry. I narrowly escaped the service industry in my teens. All I can say is, Thank God. But really, this is a great read. You will laugh. And after all, isn't that most important?

i just read it and i love this quote, J.K. Rowling and Rick Riordan should have a contest on who can make more jokes in a book (i think J.K. Rowling would win though)
