Omg i have this funny scenario that i got at 2 a.m and i need to write it before i forget about it
Imagine that in Yokohama there are like bands and concert, something normal right? But imagine a band that came from i don't know europe for exemple tries to do some concerts like 4 or 5 but they can't because It's get interrupted because of all the shit of other terrorist organisation and other.
I could definitely imagine that Fukuchi at the end he really does win against the agency but actually the citezens just are pissed and annoyed and they come beatting him up- actually i could imagine the singer alone of a band coming and saying "stooop, stop fucking fighting! I ve been in this city 3 days and 3 times my concerts got canceled because of your silly little mood!! Stop if not i will beat you with- you know what??? I will do it either way*!
*the singer then beats him untill nightfall*
After that every organisations agreed to fight outside of the city to not have the wrath of the citizens (or the single singer)
