I bought two Furby Babies from @furbbsadoption and the entire experience was AMAZING! Also a little unique!!!
I made a horrible personal mistake of giving her the wrong shipping address. Not only did she respond INSTANTLY when I notified her of my blunder, but she also offered to split the cost of the package to be rerouted to me! I turned her offer down because it wasn’t her fault and she shouldn’t have to pay for my mistake.
Unfortunately my package wasn’t eligible for rerouting anyway, so we had to wait for the package to be “returned to sender”. She patiently waited until the package arrived and then went out the very next day after it arrived to ship it finally to my correct address! I am moving out of state soon and had to make sure the package arrived before my moving date. She went out of her way to make sure I had my babies before I move!
Excellent communication all the way! She works with you and does everything she possibly can to make the experience happy and positive!!
The babies arrived in EXCELLENT condition and packaged snuggly with the CUTEST decorations and drawings on the box!!!
Everything from start to finish was perfect and everything worked out brilliantly. I love my babies!!!
