A 3D design project with the title ‘Furnitecture’ I was given towards the end of 2019. Initially I started looking at stained glass windows, from this I knew I wanted to incorporate light in to the piece in some way. I created four incrementally larger cubes from acrylic surrounding a central LED bulb, unfortunately you’re unable to see the detailing on the inner two cubes. I enjoy using software like adobe illustrator when designing pattern.

Launching in @cdw_2019 Part-way between sculpture and furniture, RAILS is a modular system inspired by the form of railway tracks and the concept of ‘journey’. Handcrafted in Italy, these limited edition sculptures are playful, graphic and ergonomic, designed to bring momentum, energy and flexibility to their environment.
