I had a terrible idea.

Ok so you know how a lot of drawn porn has close ups of sperm rushing to an egg for some reason (which is always off-putting imo sorryyyy but anyway)? Well it's always animal sperm (usually human, sometimes furry, and unfortunately other times… other things…). HOWEVER, if you're not part of the taxonomic supergroup opisthokonta (characterized by having one flagellum on the posterior of your sperm and flat mitochondrial crista; animals and fungi belong to this group, among other organisms), your sperm don't have to look like that. This means that if you're drawing, like, a plant creature or something, and you wanna draw that fuckass sperm rushing to an egg stuff, you can get worse with it.

Imagining one of these with a brown algae creature with sperm that have two tails, one of which is hairy. Or worse: a fern creature one that has spiral sperm with like twenty fucking flagella all going nuts trying to get to the egg 😭

I think I cooked the worst idea here ngl. Here's what being a biology student does to your brain. CW bad.
