On this session of Starrik's Kitchen! We are making Veggie Egg Drop soup! All you need is: 2 Cartons of Chicken Broth 4 Large Stalks of Celery 2 Large Carrots 1 Medium Onion (White or Sweet) 3 Cups of Chopped Nappa Cabbage (optional) 2 Eggs Garlic salt to taste How to start: Start by emptying the chicken broth into a pot and turning the heat on to medium. As you are waiting for the broth to boil, chop your celery, peel and chop your carrot, quarter and Pell your onion. When the broth comes to a boil, put your chopped veggies into the pot. Wait about 8 to 10 minutes or when the veggies are semi soft and add the nappa cabbage. As you wait for the brother to come to a boil again, crack open your 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork until incorporated! Once the broth is to a continuous broil slowly drizzle in your egg mixture until bowl is empty! Throw in some garlic salt, to taste, and you are done! ****If you just want egg drop soup, omit the veggies!
