in the my anime list nickname manami sangaku hi is "alice in wonderland " Who is the one who gave him this nickname ?

Hahaha, they really wrote “alice in wonderland” there. =))) As I remember, I never literally read someone calling Manami as “Alice in Wonderland” in the manga nor in the anime. But I do know that some Japanese fans use that to mention Manami, especially when they were talking about Yowamushi Pedal Fairy Tales AU. 

How they ended up using that name actually comes first from Arakita. As you might have known, Arakita called Manami ‘Fushigi-chan’ (Wonder-chan, wonder boy). I forget when’s the exact time he first called Manami like that, but it happened after he saw Manami beat Kuroda using his wind-prediction skill. Perhaps Arakita get amazed by Manami’s mysterious skill, as he is just a first year and is always late (ww), nothing special about him at first. But the weird boy is actually can join in the inter-high team and actually have an amazing skill, that’s what makes him get a ‘fushigi-chan’ nickname from Arakita, I think.

Fushigi (不思議) means wonder, miracle, mysterious, and strange. In fairy tales we know Alice in Wonderland (不思議の国のアリス). Wonderland describes a mysterious yet amazing place. That might be the reason why the fans choose this tale because it’s the the most suitable to Manami (and Arakita’s nickname ww)

So, I can say that this nickname must be come from Arakita at first, then the fans evolve it into ‘Alice in Wonderland’.
