Of course, you can use our scans anyway you like, according to the original copyright holder rules ahah which is not us

Are you aware of any place on the internet that has high-res Japanese pokemon cards?

If you're talking about scans, i'm afraid your best bet is online auctions, even if Bulbapedia sometimes has very good scans.

However the official Pokémon card site https://www.pokemon-card.com/card-search/ has the best resolution available of the original files of the recent sets, and https://pkmncards.com/?s= features pretty much the same cards in English, plus the older sets!

Where can you buy the 1996 corocoro pokemon playing cards

Hey! If you're referring to the Tora Carta by Kagemaru Himeno, your best bet is a Japanese Auction site or proxy site. Personally I had to hund down and buy like 5 issues of CoroCoro until I found one with the cards :o
