Is it just me or are Voidvelgrs kinda getting screwed over in Flash of Oblivion? Chrysaor’s effect is both difficult to meet the conditions for and hardly worth it considering how the number of attacks is entirely dependent on the number of monsters milled, meaning that it can flub if any less than two are sent. And Gigantomachia is just plain silly, requiring two level 8s to fuse and not even being level 10 like Sevensgias is, while having a lukewarm effect of removing spell/trap cards for a discard, and +500 atk and double attacking. Eternal Galactica Oblivion, meanwhile, not only has 2/3rds of its materials being generic, but gets immunity to trap destruction and 300 atk for every monster in the grave for what could be covered by any deck running Pot of Avarice. Not to mention that it’s one non-generic material(Galactica Oblivion) is easily tutored from the graveyard by a good portion of galaxy support, alongside Parallel Birth Gate, which also summons one of the generic materials in the process!
I suspect there's more unseen toys for Voidvelgr to make this seem a bit more cohesive, but Voidvelgr/DARK Galaxy has already two solid Fusions so this is probably more of a cheese boss?
It's a cheese boss for a Deck that already has a Fusion focused variant, while Yudias' Deck is less stable on Fusion options at the moment.
There's a rule I tend to follow and it's basically
"Wait for all the support in a set before getting too dedicated to opinions because there might be causes that change things around".
But yes, I will agree Chrysaor and Gigantomachia are definitely impractical.
