“Uh huh, try telling me that again when you’re not shaking,” Gracie laughed, poking Hugo in the stomach as they stood at the entry to the haunted house. After all they’d been through, though... a part of her couldn’t even blame Hugo for the fear, even if it was just a Muggle kid’s haunt they were about to walk through. Last second, Gracie shrugged and said, “This thing is lame anyway, let’s just skip it. We could go for a Halloween flight with our old Hogwarts hats on instead, make Muggles think we’re just really cool special effects,” she teased, glad that the tension immediately dissolved off of his face.
