Ok hot take, but literally why are the future 2012 turtle designs so freaking ugly /hj (except Donnie, his design is understandable) Also this is my opinion don’t come at me

Like first of all, they grew hair, I didn’t know they could even do that, and lemme tell you that was a bad decision on their part

Second, why does it look like Leo is the hulk just with his teenage head. Like yes I understand he was double mutated, and that’s always sorta ugly (cough dog pound/rawzar being double mutated in Shell Acne) but the thick neck was a choice.

Third, why is Mikey a literal god now. I swear he has an entire religion. Do the brothers convert to this religion. All hail the Holy Chalupa. Also his hippie hair vibe was a choice. Like Rise!Future Mikey kinda made it work (still weird, I thought they couldn’t grow hair) But overall, he’s still the same Mikey so who am I to talk

Fourth, Raph is so freaking short. When I first saw him I burst out laughing. Always will be the shortest. Also his beard was another giant choice. But I’m glad he kept the bandana. Also it’s cool how his armor is a call back to the 2007 Raph’s vigilante armor. 

Last, Donnie. So sad that Donnie just like basically died and got his soul transfer to Metalhead. Very on brand for the tech wizz. Also loving the purple and black color scheme, very cyberpunk. My only gripe is that he’s...you know...dead.

Also them using Casey’s skull as a bomb. You KNOW Casey was on his death bed and told them to make his skull into a weapon. Very on brand for him.
