Had a great #crossfit #gym #workout with @lettymartiny today.. but the BEST part of this morning was seeing how much #progress has been made.. it’s been #hard and my #goal is still 20 pounds away but it’s closer than it was...It’s difficult and a little embarrassing to post my starting weight for this #weightlosschallenge .. it was 195.8, but it’s STILL not my heaviest weight... the pic alll the way to the left was me at my heaviest 227 lbs.. I #love my new locker at work. I’m not gonna lie, everyday I have #embalming stuff to do, I feel a little bit like Mr. Rogers... #upperbody #workout at the #gym this morning with @lettymartiny ... we did #biceps #triceps #shoulders & #chest #exercise 😱💪🏽😳 it was a #challenge but we #killedit it helps to have a buddy laughing & crying beside you lol.. I am so #grateful I’m finally getting my schedule straightened out and making myself carve out time for the gym. I feel so much healthier and #love the way my body is starting to feel and look again...
