#testimonialtuesday Phew did I think I’d ever learn so much about hair! Everything I thought I’ve known since a little girl when there is so much science behind it all! I took the journey to enroll at @pmtslexington because I didn’t know as much as I thought I did.. I knew how to braid, I knew who to sew or glue a weave & make a wig.. but I knew nothing about bleach, coloring & the more I learned the more I’ve found out the history of hair! I spent the last 13 years working in hospitals, with adults with brains injuries & being a phlebotomists. Doing hair was a side hustle always has been ya know! But now I’ve learned and am still learning more as I go. I love to further my knowledge on anything I am passionate about! From drawing blood, doing EKGs to eye exams and more! I just have a deep passion for learning! I have been learning the fundamentals to become a #colorspecialist and I know that’s not all I want to do! Learning more about how to take care of natural hair has been one of the best parts of it all! Ever bring I thought I’ve known there was way more to it!
