“Order in chaos.
Using a combination of organic and strict visuals, as well as a duality between abstract and planned elements, this project is exploring the meaning of “human” life in our current era, and the impact of new technologies.
Those paintings constantly jeopardize the fact of being in control and losing control, as a metaphorical representation of the uncontrolable side of organic elements in opposition to the human need of mastering “life”.
While questioning the relationship of digital and virtual symbols to traditional mediums (painting), this project is also a wild gathering of getting out of context and remixing all the visual acronyms that we cross everyday in our daily lives, work, hobbies.
Reminiscent shapes of those symbols we see, but choose not to interpret sometimes.
