You might actually be surprised to hear that in some cases, the cause of poor TV reception can be due to animals tampering with or disrupting your TV antenna. In 99.9% of cases, birds are the culprit. A roof antenna makes the ideal resting spot for a flock of birds flying around your home so you can’t really blame them.
In some cases, birds can permanently damage your antenna; in which case you’ll probably need a professional come out and repair/replace it. Another option is to get bird spikes, which deter bird from using your digital antenna as a lounge chair, so to speak.
