6 NOVEMBER IN DOWNTOWN LA.

fans received the shock of their life this morning as the pair were spotted with the twenty-four year old white mustang singer’s son exiting the back of a counselling office ( that we legally are not able to reveal the name or location of ). over the past four years, it’s seemed like the world was closer to a zombie apocalypse than the two having any sort of positive contact, not even photographed together at events since their split in 2013. twenty eight year old adrian smith, better known by his stage name of luz, made it quite clear, however, earlier this year that he still held strong feelings for his ex - feelings that didn’t quite seemed returned with her responding silence to the snap story that rocked the world for the three and a half hours it lasted before being deleted. with interest piqued from the initial spotting, paparazzi followed the pair to CATCH where this photograph was taken as they left together, but went separate ways soon after. so far, there are no statements from either party, nor any of their close friends or family. @luzvimindos, @fvckelysia

         brushing through the cracks of the door she had opened for him, a screeching and sick-covered infant writhing in his arms, luz made a beeline for sia’s kitchen table; reese’s freshly cleaned blanket tucked neatly into his back pocket. ‘ sorry, i had to feed him before we left and he sicked it all up. could he borrow somethin’ from reese? or even a towel would be fine. ’

        P A N I C had his heart in a choke hold, his brain spitfiring reasons as to why sia had shut him out again; why she wasn’t home, why she had left cancun without telling him. rationally, he knew that it could only be one thing, but he prayed for it to be anything else, even the slightest of things, because however she had found out couldn’t have been the right way. clenched fist wrapping on estelle’s door, he attempted to gather his thoughts and THINK about what he was going to say before he let it s p i l l from the seam of his mouth. these thoughts halted entirely, however, when his eyes fell to a slighter form than what he was expecting. a cross seven year old with a wobbly lip faced him, her features clenched with a concentration that he recognised as her attempts at holding back floods of tears. the stare down lasted mere moment before she took off again, back into estelle’s house, leaving the door open so that he knew she was mad, but not too mad to be bargained with. 

he was midway through berating ryan about answering the door without an adult when a wall of cinnamon hit him head on. it was to be expected, but the sight of such a ferocious amount of food never failed to leave him shocked, and worried that perhaps he had been right ( she knew about the baby, there was no other explanation ). left shoulder leaning against the doorframe’s severe edge, luz assessed the damage, feeling like nothing more than a broken record who refused to be thrown away. “ i meant it when i said i could never hurt you again. i’m so sorry that if i did. ”

C: so with your new song out, people are asking if that means you’ll finally put out an album. it’s been three years. S: i have mixtapes. i feel like that tides people over until i’m ready to do something more official. C: does it? S: i don’t know, you’re asking me when the next album is coming out so i guess not. C: you sing a lot about drugs, alcohol, and sex in your albums. can we expect that this time around? S: i really don’t this time. i mean, i used to do that stuff, but i don’t now so why would i sing about it? C: people wonder what your kids are going to think once they are old enough to get the lyrics to your songs. are you scared about what they’ll think? S: no. my kids aren’t stupid. my daughter’s a bit brighter than i’d like her to be. she’s keen on things that i probably should hide from here, but what’s the point? she’s going to grow up and find out about things so i’d rather she hear it from my mouth over anyone else’s. the same with my son. C: since they’re so involved in your life, do you introduce your kids to the people you date? S: of course, if i’m dating someone. C: are you dating anyone? S: are you? C: fair, moving on.
