"Hey, Raph. Raphie. Raphala. Raph-a-doodle. Raphael. My brother." Leonardo leaned up, whispering in his earslit. "The game." And ran off, cackling.
"LEO!!! LEO YOU LITTLE SHIT. LEO GET YOUR PUNK ASS BACK HERE!"

Don was no pushover. He knew that he seemed that way to a lot of people, as he tended to be a talk first, fight later kind of turtle, but he was no pushover. He'd fought, he'd killed, he'd done what he needed to do. Just because he didn't usually choose violence first and didn't typically posture as much didn't mean that he was a pushover.
Apparently, this guy just wasn't getting it.
"Gimmie what's in the bag and this'll end without trouble," the big yokai said.
He'd been moving more and more into Don's space, and Don was not appreciating it too much. Still, he wasn't as familiar with this world, and he didn't want to start trouble. Especially if it would be trouble for Leonardo.
"Sorry, friend, but that isn't an option," he said, already angling the bag away from the giant Yokai, and taking on a more defensive stance with his bo. "Why don't we just go our separate ways and forget this ever happened."
The giant Yokai just grew angry and started to lunge forward. "No! You will give it to me!"
Don readied himself--only to suddenly find the Yokai with his eyes rolling back in his head and falling down, Leonardo standing behind him.
"Well that was well timed," Don said. "Do you always plan your rescues so well?"
“Now, I know that’s not what you want to hear right now, but it’s — “

"--but you're going to tell me anyway, aren't you?" Don said, turning to look at Leo.
Every since he had landed in this new reality, Don had been trying his hardest to find a way back to his world. He was familiar with the concepts of multiple realities. How could he not be after having been to two different realities himself? The problem was that he was in this one by himself and he had no way back that he knew of.
As far as he could tell, he was the first encounter this reality had with another one. It wasn't, however, their first encounter with portals. Their Leonardo regularly used portals, and this Leo, an older Leo, had apparently gone through some sort of time travel via a portal.
Or something. Don didn't quite have the whole story.
Either way, Don had been pushing himself to try to investigate every possible avenue to get home, even pushing into the mystic side of things. He had, admittedly, been obsessing over it, but the family had been trying to get him to come out and away every so often, just so that he'd get a little break.
He could probably use one now. He'd been hitting a wall for the past week and a half in his research.
So, he turned in his borrowed and admittedly extremely comfortable chair, and looked at Leo. "Well. Lay it out. What is it I don't want to hear?"
“Really? Just gonna leave me hanging? All right. I see how it is. It’s just a high-five. It takes like 5 seconds.”
"Dude. You're like. Two feet tall. Gotta give a guy some warning."
